Uzun süredir sevilen ve beklenen RT geri döndü 2021 model için BMW bazı güncellemeler yaptı. 1254cc ShiftCam boxer nispeten yeni olduğu için bu yıl değişmedi, bu nedenle Almanlar başka iyileştirmelere odaklandı , bazıları standart, bazıları isteğe bağlı. Hızlıca bir göz atalım.
1- BMW Aerodinamiği geliştirmek ve yeni LED farlara yer açmak için ön kafa tasarımını yeniledi. Viraj aydınlatma opsiyonel. Ayrıca kafanın üst kenarını indirerek sürücüye ilerideki yolun daha iyi bir görünümünü sağladı.

2- Active Cruise Control, öndeki araçla üzerindeki radar/sensör sayesinde mesafeyi koruma özelliği geldi bu özellik opsiyonel ama Dynamic Cruise Control standart.
3- Tam Entegre ABS Pro, 2021 BMW R 1250 RT'de standart geliyor. Full Integral ABS Pro, bildiğimiz virajda da iş gören ,ayrıca ön ve arka fren kombine çalışan pro ABS.
4- Dinamik Çekiş Kontrolü (DTC) artık standart.

5- Yokuşta Kalkış Kontrolü (Hill Start Control Pro) güncellendi.
6- 10,25 inçlik devasa bir TFT ekran ile donatıldı.(Bunun öncelikle büyük tur motorlarında kullanılacağını başka bir başlıkta konuşmuştuk,yanılmadık)
Bu kadar ekran alanıyla, diğer hayati bilgilerle aynı anda bir de harita görüntülenebiliyor artık.

7- BMW, RT'de bir opsiyonel olarak Audio System 2.0'ı sunuyor. Otobanda giderken bangır bangır müzik dinleyebilirsiniz : )
8- CTWESC (Comfort telephony with extended smartphone connection) Genişletilmiş akıllı telefon bağlantısı ve rahat kullanım gibi bir şey diyor BMW
KTM 1290 larda olan telefon koyma yerini bir adım öne taşımış,telefonların aşırı ısınmasına karşı fanlı ve suya dayanaklı bir bölme ,içerisin de usb bağlantısı aynı zamanda kablosuz şarjı da destekliyor,çok güzel bence.
